I don't know if this bug has been already noticed, but while I was playing my entire sims family were freezing inside and they had to wear cold weather outfits inside. Even the babies are sleeping with cold weather outfits.

Do you have a turned on thermostat ?
Yes I have, but it doesn't affect on anything. I also have checked the roofing and everything seems fine.
Could you try what happens if you remove the thermostat ? I think if you don't have one, there shouldn't be any effects but if you do, there are still potential issues.
Have you also tested multiple households ?
I recently bought the snowy escape expansion pack, and since then my sims have the cold moodlet when inside their homes. I’ve tested multiple homes, all equipped with thermostats set to warm. These moodlets do not pop up when they are inside non residential lots equipped with thermostats set to warm. I did not have this issue before purchasing snowy escape. I have had seasons installed for a little over a month. The moodlet goes away when wearing cold weather outfits, and I have checked the homes to make sure they are not open at all. This issue has persisted for a few days.

Thermostats appear to nothing. Sims are not changing out of "winter" clothes when entering homes/retail lots. with and without thermostats.
