[S] Toddler Winterfest Tradition does not fulfill

The Father Winter tradition can't be completed for toddlers.

I had three toddlers ask for a gift from father winter and receive them, but the tradition was not marked as completed.

    Same thing. I just had 2 toddlers ask him for a present and receive a present but the tradition did not complete. It worked for my young adult sim.

    Same happened to me. Never used mods/cc on this save.

    The tradition fulfilled for my YA sim, but not my two toddlers.
