The last time I played with ghosts was several years ago so I might be mistaken. But I remember and I still do find some sources when searching online, that a Steam Ghost could absorb puddles back in the day. But I can't find that option now whatsoever. I checked this in an unmodded game as well as in a modded game and in both I do not see the "Absorb Puddle" interaction. Is this feature broken or was it deleted at some point by Maxis?
