I’m seeing NPC Sims repeatedly opening and closing the Onsen locker on the Onsen lot. I’ve tried resetting the object and the NPCs, but the behaviour persists. The loop continues endlessly...

not sure if it's going to help but I observed when these sims arrived to the lot, they will go to the locker to change to their everyday outfit and then they're gonna open and close nonstop even I tried reset objects (both locker and sims).
normally, for Spa lot, sims will change to the robe. For Onsen lot, sims will change to swimwear as far as I have played. For Gym lot, they don't have to change outfit at the locker object when firstly arrived but they will wear a towel after shower. So I guess there's something missing in routing here.
