Snow Festival is missing from the calendar. When Sims arrive at the venue at the appointed time, nothing happens.

KnightGoblin8 Did you try to go from the Onsen to the Cable car station? The festival is in front of it, but because the Onsen is the only Community lot in the area, your sims spawned there instead. I tried yesterday and it worked.
Oh it seems I perhaps misunderstood the event. I just loaded a save during winter and cannot see Snow Festival at all in the calendar.. Instead I must have mixed it with Winter Fest (my game is in Finnish).
