So wasn't sure how to label this issue properly and the only other one I saw bringing this up got closed as a multi-question so
I can't seem to make Flower Arrangements if I have all the Ingredients but not enough money:
e.g. The Dualistic Dragons I have 4 snap Dragons, the menu shows it costs 0 simoleans, but since my sim doesn't have the 64 Simoleans it costs without the fresh ingredients it doesn't let me make it. They're the correct level, and I already have Fresh ingredients checked
