KimmieFall Can you test with your EA account on another computer, or can a friend or family member test with their EA account on your computer? I'd like to establish whether the cause here is your system or your account, and this is the most reliable way.
CartoonTrain94 That's why I'm asking you to test each room individually, then narrow things down from there: delete some items in an affected room and test, delete a few more, etc. I don't know which items might be responsible either.
puzzlezaddictit is not a specific room or item issue. It happens to everything trying to be uploaded/saved in library or gallery. Households, empty lots, empty rooms. This bug started after the Burglar update
