Come on people, READ the comments, the solution is pretty simple:
1- Upload the build
2- When the error message appears, just wait a long time until the little green message appears indicating that it has been saved correctly. If the green message does not appear, probably your saved lot was succesfull if you waited a long time (10 minutes). If not, try again!!.
3- Or Use DirectX9
Don't think Maxis will fix this, they haven't done it for 8 months or more, you know their incompetence and apathy. Management and producers don't care and don't play the game in the slightest. Got your money and already run with it.

You do realize this is for consoles only? We don't have directx9 or anything on our consoles!! Have some respect, dude!!
