Several interactions don't count for compliment Birthday Sim

When running the Birthday Party as a Goaled Event for a child Sim, one of the goals is Compliment the Birthday Sim 4 times. The Compliment options that do not work are Congratulate and Praise for G...

Thank you.

I personally don't congratulate should count as that's not really a compliment in my eyes. Praise good grades probably should.

Please add to the first post if you find any others that didn't count.
