These two tabs unfold on their own after changing Sims in the household or closing the simology panel, even though they were previously folded.
Tested without mods, on new saves.

I also have this. I play in English on PC (EA App), no mods or CC, all packs except Lovestruck, For Rent, Businesses & Hobbies, and some kits. I have turned off Luck & Balance from EBN, and the milestones tab stays minimised, but the likes and sexuality ones don't. I haven't tested the others yet, as they weren't getting in the way of what I was doing.
I have never seen those tabs stay closed ever.
My Simology panel is cluttered enough as it is without the Preferences drawers re-opening every time. This is so annoying!
