Shadows on floor of second level from walls of first level

Hello ! Since 2024/08 I have a problem with "the sims 4".  In the house, I need platforms ; when I add stairs, there are shadows on the floor upstairs, and these shadows are identical as the walls...

    greetings !

    I have the problem with basement walls which create a shadow-like line on the first floor.            It's visually unattractive and it annouys me in the long run.
