Short dirty nail swatch causing Sim to look metallic

The same happened to me. I'm on PS4, and the shiny/glossy effect shows over top of clothes and hair. In my testing it only did it on feminine frame sims, however the nail options for masculine frame sims has a duplicate of the new long dirty nails.

I think it's connected to the new shiny skin effect because it gets worse when I turn that on. I applied the new dirty short nails first to test and got some shiny bars across the sim, then applied the skin effect & it made a shiny grid all over, but when I took it off it went back to just in sections. If I applied the skin effect first it was fine until I applied the dirty short nails (all 3 swatches did the same thing), then it only went back to normal if I removed both the nails and the skin effect.
