Update #2: I don't know if it's the case with anyone else, but in the case of my game, this issue appears to be tied to the Danger Kid Formative Trait from Adventure Awaits. I started a new game as the Tinker household in Evergreen Harbor. When the Formative Trait opportunity thing popped up for Yasemin, I gave her the Danger Kid trait. I gave Tina the Crafty Kid (I think that's what it's called) trait. Only Yasemin has ever done the "need to use the restroom" animation so far!
Thank you so much for solving this, I was at the end of my patience. This was happening on my vampire constantly and it turns out to be a freaking formative moment trait.
