Did she newly got the fear with after the patch or already have it ? Do you have the actual fear trait or just the moodlets/The fear bubble ?
She got the trait after the patch. And she have the moodlet and also act like she habe the fear.
She couldnt drink the fear away potion, so gave her the all negative traits away potion and the moodlet is still there and my sims still act like she still have the fear. Now she also has it ar daytime.
Would you mind uploading the Sim to the gallery and posting the name here ?

The Sim with the bug is a child named Violetta Austin. She ist the girl and she was not created in CAS, but was born in game.
The household is called “Austin” by ladymelone1803 (me). I only created the Sim named Jane in CAS. Everyoneelse was born in game. I just checkd the save and Violetta still has the trait “Scared” with the bat moodlet. i am unaware that she had the bat moodlet before, just the “i am scared ', beacuse there is a monster under my bed” trait.
What i will try again is to repair the game. Maybe this will work.
Edit: did not help. The fear will pop up again. I dont habe the: overcome fear" option. And the game will turn on "wishes and fears" in gameplay when i start the game, even when i turned it off bevor the save.
