Did she newly got the fear with after the patch or already have it ? Do you have the actual fear trait or just the moodlets/The fear bubble ?
What i will try again is to repair the game. Maybe this will work.
Edit: did not help. The fear will pop up again. I dont habe the: overcome fear" option. And the game will turn on "wishes and fears" in gameplay when i start the game, even when i turned it off bevor the save.
