I am playing through the Martinez Family scenario and I don't know if it is part of the scenario but the kids have nightmares and wake up to monster under the bed every night, even if the parents spray it, the lights are on, they have had multiple fear-be-gones, they have both talked to the monster and become confidant at night, but they just can't stay asleep.
