I'm having the same issue. Fear-B-Gone removes fear from Simology tab but still gets Fear of the Dark associated moodlets such as "Afraid of the Dark", "Looming Dread, etc. Turning wants/fears on and off does nothing and even with cheats the moodlets come back -_-
