I am also experiencing this issue with the Fear of The Dark trait activating after it's removal via a Fear be Gone potion. I've tried cheats, the fear be gone potion, emotion potions, and overcoming the fears but all to no avail. I included snippets of the moodlets activation in case it helps the growing list of reports.
