Eng is not my first language sorry for that, I also encountered this bug, my sims doesn't have the loyal trait but his friend has it, however, the loyal moodlet appeared on the sim who doesn't have the trait after their interactions about secrets ("your secret's safe with me") but the loyal sim didn't get the moodlet! It would be great if the team can fix this little glitch it's a really cute moodlet :((
