I own all of the stuff packs. My game is completely updated, and I have all of the Expansion packs except Enchanted by Nature.
The moodlets are appearing like the game is in x3 mode - but the game is set to pause and normal live mode. They are constantly flashing during gameplay. Whenever my sim receives a phone call, the phone beeps at a rapid pace - like it is in speed mode. I have attached some short videos to demonstrate how some things have been sped up (when in normal live mode)
