I had this happening prior to the last 2 updates, haven't played in live mode since. It would affect every sim in the household, they would have actions queued up but just stand there. Resetting them didn't work, cancelling and re-queueing the actions also didn't help. Opening the save menu and closing again did fix it and everyone would immediately start their actions.
I'm playing on PC with no mods.
I have the same issue I’m on ps5. Though didn’t play on live mode for well over a week and there where 2 updates so I’m hoping one of them fixed it.
