I tested this and can't duplicate it in my game.
Which option did you choose to change the Sim or does that also not matter ?
- Going to CAS through Household Manager
- Use Plan Outfit on the Mirror/Dresser
- Use Cheat
- Use Change Sim on the Outfit/Dresser
I typically select the sim and choose Modify in CAS. It's happened to sims I changed with cas.fulleditmode on and off.
Could you test if you have the same issue if you don't use the cheat and for example take them to CAS through the household manager ?
