Sims are being weirdly Mischievous

In the past few weeks, my sims have developed a habit of Lying about their Career, Starting Rumors, and other mischief actions. I tried everything I could to make them stop, but they wont. I even tried to make my whole household dislike mischief, but it still wont work. Any ideas?
