Sims are glitching
NPCs and characters sometimes freeze in place and glitch, twitching in place for a long time. After a while, they move away.

Could you please provide the following information
- Are you using mods/cc in your game ? Please remove them and test without them if you do.
I dont use any mods or cc. Full vanilla game
