Sims become muscular for no reason

My sim has been getting muscular randomly without doing any exercise. I do not play with mods. I used the full edit the CAS cheat to change them back and revert back to muscular in 1 to 2 sim days.

My sims keep gaining muscle without working out or anything. No mods, no fitness skill, no mastery perks. I've gone into CAS to decrease their muscle and it just keeps coming back. It's out of character for my princesses and grand duchess to be absolutely ripped.
