My sim has been getting muscular randomly without doing any exercise. I do not play with mods. I used the full edit the CAS cheat to change them back and revert back to muscular in 1 to 2 sim days.
Ideas
For those that have the Royalty pack, do you have the Vitality decree activated (through the Noble Career). I found out my issue was because of that decree. It stated that sims would gain fitness skill, though I didn't realize that it also would make them lose weight and gain mass muscles. As soon as I removed that decree, my sims were back to their original muscular mass. This is for those with the new pack.
Well done. I have this problem and the vitality decree is the only thing I had added. Thank you for pointing it out.
