Sims become muscular for no reason

My sim has been getting muscular randomly without doing any exercise. I do not play with mods. I used the full edit the CAS cheat to change them back and revert back to muscular in 1 to 2 sim days.

Hey everyone,

Thanks for hanging in there while we were investigating this report.

Sims with the "Doctrine of Vitality" are intended to gain muscle over time. We've updated the text to become clearer for this intended behavior in a future update. However, this is working as designed.
