Sims can’t feed/pick up infants after patch update

Since the latest update my sims can’t pick up or feed infants anymore. You will select the action and the sim just stands there frozen.

    could you please provide the following info:

    • Are you using any mods/cc in your game and if so, did you test without them ?
    • Did you test multiple saves/households or is this for a specific one ?
