I’ve tried lowering their friendship and romance as other threads suggested and even tried doing so after the patch a few months ago but my two original Sims I created cannot become soulmates, they’re always stuck at lovers. Other sims I have created have more than one even sometimes! I wonder if the game is trolling sometimes.
I play on PS5 for reference.
