Sims Constantly Throwing Up (No ailment/Pregnancy)

Since there's a lot of pregnancy issues, does it happen to both males and females ?

What list are you referring to ? The compiled list ? I haven't had time to update it as it's been crazy. It should be on the list of tags here: General Information About The Bug Reports Forum | EA Forums - 4965007 

I’m playing on PC. It’s happening to both male and female sims. The male sim from cas selection “is this sim able to become pregnant?” Is selected as no. And the list, I was checking the compiled list of reported bugs. I didn’t see this problem I’m having listed anywhere. 

do they have any ailments? my sims are doing this too but i assumed it was ailment related

None at all. My fairy sim can cure ailments as soon as I get notified one of them contracted one.  Each time they’ve gone to throw up, I check their moodlets to see if they have one I might’ve missed, but nothing. 

My male sims were throwing up a lot lately, they were not sick at all. And same happened with their cat, poor thing was just throwing up for hours. Not sick either. I don't have the new fairy pack. Playing on ps5.

The option to 'throw up' is now constantly available when I click the toilet too 

I do not have the new fairy pack but did the update. I was at the spice festival with a teen and 2 adult sims, all 3 just started puking where they stood. I had to leave the lot. No ailments, no sick moodlet. I am on a ps4 so no mods. I also has a random bug where suddenly 1 of my 5 sims couldn’t use a door. Like they forFor how to turn a doorknob. Every door, unlocked interior, exterior didn’t matter. I deleted doors placed different doors in different spots, her husband would walk thru but she couldn’t figure it out. I reset her, I rebooted the entire gaming system. Still nothing. I finally cheated to make her happy, fix all needs and that resolved it… now I have the puking

This has been happening to me as well. I thought it was because I moved into Evergreen harbour and it was the pollution. Butmy teen sim even throws up at school ( very off putting when you trying to get a date to prom )
