I keep having this issue too on my PC game, I noticed it mostly also when I did place the enchanted by nature door to my house my sim could not walk inside again despite being able to have walked in earlier when I used another door. Also when I queu up interactions my sims suddenly decided they can not do it and cancel all interactions. I play without mods or cc on my game so it is nothing of that sort that makes the game act out. I notice it occasionally happening on the 1st of July patch that it appeared so it is partly not connected to the new hot fix patch.
