Sims don't disappear in rabbithole when going to work/school

I have been playing in a household with more than one sim and when one is at school or work I will travel away with another sim and when I come back my sim is on the lot when it says they are still at school/work

    To be sure you have the same issue as reported at AHQ. 

    You can't play with them, they are stuck outside ?
