Definitely a me too. Had some incestuous flirting between parents and teens lately which made me stop playing.
I've had this too. It's gross. Parents and teen/adult children flirting. Step Parent that selected to be their caregiver when they were babies then flirting with the teen/adult child. Groom's father trying to romantically kiss the bride 2 hours before the wedding - also gross, happened in my game.

A different household. The one that almost made me quit Sims. Eve and her father flirting constantly. Profile shows her as Romantic Interest, Daddy's Girl and Daughter. We need some UI to reject it when it happens. Or maybe it should just never happen??? I would change relationship to "Let's just be friends" but they would start to romance again. Until this happened they were great parents and I was trying for a multi generational home. I had to move the Mom and Dad out.
