Sims forget already existing relationships

The game undoes the relationships I build. This is not fair. I spend hours playing and when I change families this happens. Edit By crinrict: Adjusted Title to fit old bug report.

There needs to be an option to turn off relationship culling. This also happens to every single family in my entire sim save when I enter a home through build mode instead of live mode.
