Sims get narrow shoulders and loses jawline when aging up to teens

it's similar but not really like you'll have two parents they'll have a baby and then the children themselves cuz that's kind of when you can start to see it do lose their jawline. but for me it's like an inherited issue it's not something that just pops up in teen years it's like a genetic issue. so for example if I make a child some and age them up to teen this does not happen. it's only when it's truly another Sims child and it's the genetics that are getting lost and the jawline and Chin receding but for me it is also not teen specific.
