When riding a bike, sims don't look in front of them. Instead their head is stuck looking to the side. I've attached an image to show what it looks like. This bug has been in my game for years, probably since 2020.

Please follow these steps to test your game on vanilla game with no mods/cc
- Create a backup of your save game
- Move your mods folder to the desktop
- Delete the following files from your user folder.
- localthumbcache
- Any lastException Files
- Any LastCrash files.
- Test on the backup of your save as you will loose all cc on the save and see if the same error occurs, then report back.
Thanks, crin. I tested this as you suggested. The bug persists on a completely fresh unmodded The Sims 4 folder in completely new saves.

I have also had this bug for multiple years (since at least Growing Together released, but likely before too). It occurs in both modded and unmodded saves, and affects all Sims who ride bikes (children and adults).
