Sims in Romantic Relationship Keep Getting Out of Bed (Patch 1.116.202)

My sims will not sleep in the same bed. Nothing is blocking the bed, I have assigned sides, they are married/dating. One will be sleeping in the bed and I will try to put the other one to sleep ...

could you please provide the following info:

Are you using any mods/cc in your game and if so, did you test without them ?
What platform are you playing on ?
Do you own the Lovestruck expansion pack ?
Did you test this with multiple Sims/households/saves ?
Do you have the bed against the wall on one side ?
Does the same Sim get up once they go to bed or the other one ?

Yes I use mods/cc but have tested without them and have the same problem.
Pc - EA App
Yes I own Lovestruck
Yes has happened in multiple saves, and eventually happens in every household I play in.
No bed is in the middle of the room.
The same sim gets up.
