My issue recently has been when I put my sims to sleep. They have a long pause, go to sleep, then immediatley they get up even though their needs are fully met. Im not sure why they keep bugging out ...
Ideas
Since the update before Lovestruck my sims do not want to stay in bed or they act as if they cannot get into bed. They have a full romance bar, friendship bar ext. There is no music playing, tvs on, or anything blocking them. It might either have something to do with cuddling or just the update itself. I usually have to tell my sim to go to bed twice if the other sim is already in bed.
