Sims needs UI 'close' when switch between live and build mode

I'm having the same problem!

Could you please provide the following information

• Provide any LastException/LastCrash files in your documents folder. Upload them to either google or oneDrive and post the link here.
• Does it happen for any save or a specific one ?

It happens at every save file and no LE, LC, or LUI is actually created. Mods are disabled, then I cleared the cache and repaired the game. I showed it in the video, where all the steps were carried out, such as no mods, cache cleared, and game repaired.

There's several threads for UI disappearing so a LE would have been helpful. Weird that you're not getting one.

Checking with a CM which thread to move this into for now.

I wanted to write it to you in German in a more understandable way via DM, which is why I asked. Yes, it's strange that I don't get any LE or anything else. I even tried it with a fresh Sims 4 folder and game save. The bug occurs there too!

If the Needs panel is open when going to build/buy mode from live mode, it disappears when returning to live mode. This occurs 100% of the time since the last update. 

• Current version: 1.121.342.1230
• All Expansion/Game/Stuff packs except Outdoor Adventure and Royalty & Legacy
• Originally noticed this in a modded save but have reproduced in a save that has never used mods.
• Other panels do not have the issue
• When I click on the Needs icon or press the O key after the issue occurs, the panel flashes on the screen briefly and then closes.
• The next time I click on the Needs icon or press the O key, the panel opens correctly.
• Both saves where I have seen the issue, I have been playing a Spellcaster. Have not tested whether this occurs with other occults or non-occult Sims. Confirmed this occurs with non-occult Sims as well.

I'm also having this ever since the last update, no mods or cc ever and all expansions etc installed and updated. 

The bug still occurs with patch 1.121.361, just a quick update! ;)
