Are you still getting the error code as well ? If so, could you post the full number ?
I’m not now as I deleted the save but I could probably trigger it again if that would be helpful? Won’t be till the weekend though?
I did end up having a bit of a play last night and managed to get the issue but triggered a different error code this time not the 109 one this time this was the code I got, will keep messing around to see if the other one pops up.
Might be a follow up error. Do you get the error for any household you load ?
