Hello, same issue here. When my Sims with an active career leave for work, they are back in their casual clothes and vice versa. Although yeah, holding shift and resetting gives them back the outfit they are supposed to wear, it will quickly become annoying. Funny, each time I stop playing for a while and come back, there's always a new fascinating bug that is usually not resolved with the next patch (eying the gallery faves issues). Hope this time it will be fixed rather sooner than later.
