I knew its custom tattoos (and paint on pets) that making these problems, but I don't delete the tattoos and paints because in case EA fix the bugs, it will take extra time to reapply all of the custom tattoos on the sims and pets, if I delete these just to fix the skin color glitch. I keep play the pitch black skins, there's no much issues with it tbh. The sims fun itself never decreased by the skin thingy for me. Maybe play the other contents like build etc while waiting for the update?
