Having the same issue and I’m seeing that if you take your tattoos off but mind you my library magically reset it so I have none of the tattoos that I previously had
Do you mean your gallery? I thought it was just me because I moved my save file recently from my PC to my laptop... But same, all my gallery saves are gone. So many awesome tattoos I was looking forward to putting on my Sims some day 😔
