When sims are supposed to be nude or have more revealing clothing the salmon colored (hideous btw) underwear from CAS body edit mode is showing.

I don't have any mods nor do I have any cc, and this has been happening to me for a few months now. My only guess is maybe having particular save files? I.e. I'm playing off of a SimsieSave file? Yet I don't think that's the commonality for everyone above.
