When sims are supposed to be nude or have more revealing clothing the salmon colored (hideous btw) underwear from CAS body edit mode is showing.

For me this issue is more than just an aesthetic one - it seems like sims no longer register as naked to other sims. Saw a few mosaic-ed out sims, with their underwear on underneath the mosaic, just walking around the neighbourhood, no one reacting. Similarly, when I change into the nude in front of another sim, they have no reaction. Do any of the fixes posted here fix this as well?
