When sims are supposed to be nude or have more revealing clothing the salmon colored (hideous btw) underwear from CAS body edit mode is showing.

The weird thing is that it's not universal in my game. In the club I have set to clothing optional, there are always one or two townie Sims who are actually nude.
Probably because for the bug to manifest the affected Sim must undergo an autonomous clothes change, then you save the game, quit and come back.
I was just now playing with a household freshly loaded from my library: they had their nude parts under the pixelation alright. Then save, quit, load, voila!, black underwear under the pixelation.
The Sims you saw were freshly created, maybe?
Interesting. They were townies and I delete townies almost every playthrough, so I'm sure they were new.
