When sims are supposed to be nude or have more revealing clothing the salmon colored (hideous btw) underwear from CAS body edit mode is showing.

Yeah I noticed this bug when the reaper stuff came out and there's no fix for it, it seems to affect sims at random? But I don't use any (CC) just vanilla.
Not exactly random: if you start a fresh save or a new Sim, they’re properly naked under the pixelation. The issue manifests after you save, quit and reload. All Sims who went through an autonomous outfit change before the save will be affected by the nevernaked bug. (BTW, I’m not the one who found this out.)
