Since the 23rd September update on console (ps4) one of my sims in a household of six has started wearing a base game hat when he showers but he doesn't have any hats as part of any of his clothing outfits that I have dressed him in in CAS and I can't remove it as I can't access his "nude outfit". He only wears it in the shower. (still occurring after the October patch)
