Ideas
Half walls up to 2.0 meters high with any of the flat trims (base game) are dirty dish magnets for Sims. However - once a dish is placed here, Sims can not get the dish back off of it.
- of note - Sims will walk through half walls up to 2.0 height (https://www.facebook.com/share/r/18fJGNL72a/) I'm not sure if that's relevant to why they can't access the dishes afterwards.
