Sims won't clean up dishes from high chair

Leaving this on incomplete until tested without mods.

I just tested the latest update without mods (UI Cheats was disabled when this week's update was installed). It's still happening. I can tell sims to clean up dishes on a high chair (from giving toddlers food). However, when I have them load the dishwasher, they collect other dishes scattered around the house, but ignore dishes on a high chair. And after the dishwasher finishes, I can't tell them to load it again because the dishes on the high chair aren't registered, and it says there are no dishes to clean.

Here's a screenshot. Let me know if I can provide any other information that will help reproduce/fix this bug.

does it work without an dishwasher when you tell them to clean up other dishes or do they ignore it then too ?

I'll experiment a bit more tomorrow when there are dirty dishes on the high chairs again.

Going to put this on review but would be good if you could check if it's a dishwasher only issue or if they are simply ignored on bulk cleaning up

A little more info... If there are dirty dishes on the table and on the high chair, then if I click a dirty dish on the table and select Clean Up, the Sim cleans up all the dirty dishes on the table, but ignores any dirty dish on the high chair. So it isn't just related to the dishwasher.

And if I click on the dish on the high chair and select Clean Up, then of course they'll clean up the dish on the high chair. And occasionally, some of my Sims will spontaneously clean up the dishes on the high chair, but not in the same trip as when they're cleaning up dishes on the table (or scattered elsewhere in the house).
